Inverloch Goats Cheese is the very first product to be made by The Inverloch Cheese Company Originally produced in 1985 for the founding family’s household consumption, it was quickly sought after by local hotels and quality food retailers. Hard pressed and dispatched at three months old, it is full of flavour whilst being one of the least “goaty” goats cheeses on the market.
As goats’ milk supplies fluctuate throughout the year, the ability to produce Inverloch Goats Cheese can be intermittent. When it is available, it is well worth having – so get it while you can!
